What should I wear in the sauna?
We encourage you to wear a bathing suit or loose-fitting athletic wear. You will be in a closed room so will have privacy to change, and re-dress.

Do I need to do anything before my session? Do I need to bring anything?
Please make sure you are hydrated. We do provide water during and after your session as well as towels (cooling and dry).

What do I do while in the sauna?
Our infrared sauna is Bluetooth enabled so you can listen to music, podcasts, audiobooks, or just relax in the pure sound of silence. The sauna is a perfect opportunity to let your brain relax!

What is the difference between an infrared sauna and a steam sauna?
Unlike traditional saunas that use steam or dry heat to warm a room, infrared saunas use advanced infrared heaters to warm your body directly. As your body absorbs the infrared heat, this increases thermal energy, inducing a deep and relaxing sweat.

How hot does the sauna get and what is the ideal temperature?
The sauna reaches a temperature of 150 degrees. The ideal temperature is between 120 and 130 degrees.
